Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Nuts Direct offers free standard shipping on all orders over N$3,000. For orders below this amount, a small shipping fee will apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Please note that free shipping does not apply in conjunction with our Pensioners Day or 15% Off Day promotions. During these special discount days, standard shipping fees will apply.

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

• Namibian Courier Companies,
• A local courier for last mile deliveries; or by
• Pick up at our store or facility

Delivery will take place depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends, and statutory Holidays. We do not at this time deliver internationally

We offer local deliveries near our store locations for a small last mile delivery fee.  Otherwise we offer flat fee shipping of NAD 150.00 for all orders and orders over the value of NAD 3,000.00 we ship for free. This does not apply for Wholesale clients - wholesale clients cover their own shipping.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

ORDER PROCESSING

If you pay via Credit Card then your order will immediately be sent through for processing and packing.

If you pay via EFT then your order will only be processed once payment reflects in company’s account.

TRACKING

You will receive a waybill / tracking number communicated via email once your order has been processed, packed, and dispatched. Please use the waybill number included in the correspondence from our team to track your order
